Boutique Bed & Breakfast and 5 star Luxury self-catering cottages

If you are looking for peace and quiet, wonderful surroundings and great hosts this is for you. A perfect place to relax. Lovely walks with the dogs who were so chilled they didn't bother with the rabbits, squirrels or pheasants! Nothing is too much trouble and they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.

This was our first family holiday with our 1 year old and we couldn't have asked for more. Our cottage had everything we needed, the views were amazing. Goodie bag on arrival and departure was a lovely touch, as were the farm fresh eggs, kindly topped up by Craig during the week! Our son got to see lots of animals including squirrals and rabbits on the drive up to the cottages. We would definitely recommend the location as a great base for exploring North Wales i.e. Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Portmeirion etc.

We had a fabulous time - splendid views; a very clean, cosy and functional cottage; so many tempting footpaths! The village of Rowan is very charming and there are so many local attractions. Thank you for your hospitality!

Had a fantastic weekend in Ty Gosa. Stunningly beautiful location with bags of peace & quiet and fabulous walking from the back door. Had a really warm welcome to wonderful accommodation, tastefully modernised and well equipt. Thank you

I have literally just returned home and have been thinking about the weekend with such fond memories, The cottages are really fab and the surrounding area is simply breathtaking, our whole party had a wicked time! and were all sad to leave Coed Mawr.. Thank you both for a wonderful stay! definitely would recommend staying here!!! x

We have just got back from a 3 night stay at Ty Pella which was absolutely fantastic! A wonderful cottage in a beautiful setting - the best New Year I have had in a long time. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Ty Canol for New Year and it was absolutely fantastic...A cosy cottage with idyllic views perfectly situated for gorgeous walks and beautiful scenery...very peaceful and the perfect place to escape from the city..a very lovely local pub within walking distance too!!!! We will definately be back very soon!....

Having just returned from spending the last week in Ty Gosa, this is just to say thank you Ian for your tremendous welcome and hospitality. Visited the cottages 4 times in the past - always love it there BUT it looks even better than before - the cottages are a fab place to stay - we even loved the challenge of the "old" drive!!!! Problem was - it was so great the parents had to come along too (no escape!!!)!!!!
